There is a program out there to help you First Time Home Buyers, Home buyers  with credit issues, foreclosures, and bankruptcy. The Neighorhood Assistance Corporation of America  A.K.A. as (NACA)  is a non-profit organization, which was established in 1988 by hotel workers in a union  desiring to be homeowners.   There are currently 33 NACA office throughout the United States available to assist buyers with the purchase of their home.   NACA, has  prevented millions of home owners from losing their homes due to adjustable rate interest loans.   NACA, has been a defense to predatory lending, by educating clients on the process of homeownership from beginning to end.  There is a local NACA office in Raleigh, N.C. and classes are offered monthly to get you started to purchasing a home the right way.   Even, if you are about to lose your home NACA can help you with loan modifications to lower your interest rate or change an adjustable rate to a fixed interest rate.   I look forward to hearing from you and sharing more about a program that has changed the lives of many.
